Greens in a Glass
a couple of handfuls of spinach
1 small avocado
some shredded romaine or little gem lettuce
a small handful of rocket and watercress
half a cucumber
a few splashes of apple juice
a small handful of mint
water or coconut water to taste
Chuck in a blender/smoothie maker, whizz and enjoy! Green. Very green. Creamy too, and mild-tasting. No excuse now for not getting your greens…..
