Simple Smoothies

  • Various fruits, juices, milks, yogurts, boosters and seeds!


  1. – half a papaya, 1 just ripening banana, Koko (or coconut water, almond milk or water), blueberry probiotic yogurt, a scoop of greens powder, and a generous helping of raw cacao powder, whizzed up for breakfast smoothie turbocharged heaven.
  2. – quarter of a honeydew melon (chopped), a glug of red grape or pomegranate juice, Koko milk (or almond milk, coconut water or water), a big spoonful of raw cacao powder and spoonful of chia seeds. Whizz up for a glorious chocolatey shake with a hint of pina colada.
