1 chilli, deseeded and finely chopped, or chilli flakes (optional)
1 garlic clove, crushed
juice of 1 1/2 limes
rind of 1/2 a lime
225g tomatoes, seeded and finely chopped
large handful of chopped coriander
1/2-1 tsp ground toasted cumin seeds
1 tbsp olive oil
seasoning to taste
Instructions
Mash the avocado flesh, and add the onion, chilli, garlic, lime rind, tomatoes and coriander. Stir well, then add the cumin seeds, and lime juice. Mix well, and season to taste.
Eat with veg crudites and/or toasted pitta fingers.
