Grain Free Nut Cake

  • 150g hazelnut or almond flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 60 mls honey (pref raw and organic)
  • 50g unsalted butter


  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C and grease a cake tin. Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and process until thick and smooth, which takes a couple of minutes. Pour the cake batter into the prepared cake tin. Place the cake tin into the preheated oven. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from the oven, allow to cool then remove from the cake tin and enjoy with the topping of your choice (an icing, drizzle or a dusting of icing sugar and cinnamon)
