Description
Can baking be a source of serious nutrients? Is there such a thing as a healthy biscuit? The answer is yes, and yes!
It’s all about clever baking ingredient swaps, without moving too far away from what a cake and a biscuit should be. In this class, I’ll teach you how to make a cake, a muffin and a biscuit that will feed your health, inside and out.
I’ll demo a one bowl cake stuffed with essential fats crucial for your brain, hormone and skin; a pillowy muffin using two nourishing vegetables; and a quick biscuit that supports gut, heart and immune health.
You’ll make a protein-based apple cake that feeds your whole body to take away and enjoy at home! This course is accompanied by a beautiful recipe resource.
