Raw Chocolate Spread

- 125g approx chopped hazelnuts
- 3–4 tbsps raw cacao powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- 120 mls approx Koko or nut milk
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- a pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a grinder or blender, whizz the nuts to a paste (small is best here – this doesn’t make a huge amount) Add the oil, and whizz again until the nut paste and oil are smooth. Gradually add the rest of the ingredients, a little at a time, liquid followed by dry, and continue to whizz until smooth and well combined.
