Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 avocado
  • 1⁄2 a cantaloupe melon
  • a couple of handfuls of spinach
  • coconut water
  • a splash of red grape juice
  • a couple of spoonfuls of ground flax and seed mix

Instructions

  1. Chuck in a blender/smoothie maker, whizz and enjoy!
